10/6/2015 Information for our Business Partners

We are pleased to inform all our Business partners that we have finalized our planned corporate restructuring as planned. The former limited partnership Donau Carbon GmbH & Co. KG, Gwinnerstrasse 27-33, 60388 Frankfurt, commercial register no. HRA 29586 has been dissolved by way of withdrawal of the general partner with effect from 30/09/2015.

As of 01/10/2015, the former limited partner, Donauchem Handelsgesellschaft Deutschland mbH, has taken over the business with all its assets and liabilities, and the company has been renamed ”Donau Carbon GmbH”.

Existing contracts with Donau Carbon GmbH & Co. KG have been transferred to Donau Carbon GmbH by way of universal succession upon entry of the accrual/merger/renaming in the commercial register.

As Donau Carbon GmbH & Co. KG has thus ceased to exist, we kindly ask all our customers, suppliers and service providers to address all correspondence to Donau Carbon GmbH with immediate effect.

As a result of these legal changes, our VAT ID number has changed to DE 221 309 318 and we are now registered at the Commercial Register Frankfurt under no. HRB 52062.

Otherwise, there are no further changes – our address, board of management, banking details and, of course, the known contact persons will remain unchanged.
